Pariisi Resort Camp Rules

1. Registration

  1. Registration takes place via the web form at pariisiresort.ee/en/camps.
  2. A registration is considered valid once the organiser has confirmed it by email.
  3. The organiser has the right to decline a registration if the camp session is full or the registered child does not meet the camp's age requirements.
  4. A place at the camp is secured once the deposit has been received (see section 2).

2. Deposit and payment

  1. A €100 deposit secures the place. We send an invoice for it after registration.
  2. The remaining amount is paid no later than 7 days before the camp begins.
  3. The price of any transport service is agreed separately.

3. Cancellation and refunds

  1. To cancel, email us at laager@pariisiresort.ee.
  2. Cancel 14 or more days before the camp begins and we refund the deposit in full, or move it to another session.
  3. Cancel less than 14 days before and the deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining amount already paid is refunded.
  4. For medical reasons (with a doctor's note) we refund the deposit or move it to another session.
  5. If the organiser has to cancel the camp (for example due to too few participants, weather or force majeure), we refund all amounts paid in full. The organiser is not liable for any other related costs.

4. Camp code of conduct

  1. Campers are required to respect fellow campers, instructors and camp property.
  2. Camp life follows a daily schedule. Participation in group events is mandatory.
  3. Mobile phone use is limited during the day (phones are kept with the instructor from breakfast until dinner). Personal use is allowed in the evening.
  4. Campers must not leave the camp grounds on their own without the instructor's knowledge and permission.
  5. The use of alcohol, tobacco and other prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
  6. Liability for damage to property lies with the parent/guardian, and no refund is made for a child removed from camp.
  7. In the event of a serious breach of the code of conduct, the child may be removed from camp and the parent is expected to collect the child promptly.

5. Health information and liability

  1. By registering, the parent confirms that the health information provided is true and complete.
  2. The parent is required to inform the organiser of all significant health conditions, allergies and medications.
  3. First aid is available on site, but the camp does not replace medical care.
  4. The parent authorises the organiser to arrange first aid or call an ambulance for the child if needed and the parent cannot be reached immediately.
  5. The organiser is not liable for accidents that occur away from the camp or for the loss of property, unless caused by the organiser's negligence.
  6. The data submitted at registration (including health information) is used only to organise the camp. It is deleted no later than one month after the camp takes place.

6. Photos and marketing

  1. Photos and videos may be taken during the camp for the organiser's marketing purposes.
  2. If a parent does not wish their child to be photographed, they must inform the organiser at registration or at any time before the camp begins.
