1. At camp registration: the child's and parent's name and contact details, the child's age, place of residence and school, swimming ability, transport need, and health information (illnesses, allergies and special needs).
2. Through the contact form: name, email address and message content.

3. Why we use the data

1. We use the data only to organise the camp and to communicate with you.
2. We process health information on the basis of your consent, to keep the child safe at camp.

4. Who we share data with

1. Web form submissions are delivered to us by email via the Web3Forms service and stored in our mailbox (Veebimajutus.ee, Zone Media OÜ).
2. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for any other purpose.

5. How long we keep the data

1. Camp registration data (including health information) is deleted no later than one month after the camp takes place.
2. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer your enquiry.

6. Your rights

1. You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, and to request its correction or deletion.
2. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email info@pariisiresort.ee.
